Farm #1:  This 240 +/- acres is located 2 miles south of Drummond on SH132 to the Waukomis Blacktop, then 2 miles east, & ¼ miles south. According to the Garfield County F.S.A. there are 231.1 ac. of cropland, with a full wheat base, and a 34 bushel per acre yield on the S/2 NE/4 and a 36 bushel per acre yield on the SE/4.  Soil types of the land include a small amount of Pond Creek silt loam, Class I; Grant silt loams, Class II & III; Kingfisher silt loam, Class III; and Kingfisher-Ironmound complex, Class IV.  Rural water is available and there is an older water well near the southeast corner of the farm.  Legal Description: S/2 NE/4 & SE/4 25-21-8 W.I.M. Possession: at closing. 

                                                                         

Farm #2: This 160 +/- acres is located from Enid, 2 miles east from US 81 on Southgate Rd., & ½ mile south.  It has approx. 110.2 acres of cropland with a full wheat base and a 36 bushel per acre yield.  Principle soil types of the cultivated land are mostly Grant silt loam, Class II; and Kirkland-Renfrow & Grainola-Masham complex, both Class III.  The balance is in timber, grass pasture, an old home site, and 2 ponds.  Rural water is across the road south.  Legal Description: SW/4 28-22-6 W.I.M. Possession: at closing, subject to existing lease which expires upon completion of harvest of the 2009-2010 wheat crop or July 1st, 2010, whichever is later; and on August 1st, 2010 on the grass pasture.

                                                                           

Farm #3: 155 +/- acres located across the road west of Farm #2.  According to the F.S.A. there are approx. 96.4 acres of cropland with an 87.8 acre wheat base and a 36 bushel per acre yield.  Soil Types of the cultivated land include Grant silt loam, Grainola-Masham complex, & Kirkland-Renfrow complex, all Class III.  The balance of the land is in good grass pasture, a pond, & scattered timber. There is a pasture tap in the SE/corner and water well.  Legal Description: SE/4 29-22-6 W.I.M. Less an approx. 5 ac. tract. Possession: at closing, subject to existing lease which expires upon completion of harvest of the presently growing 2009-2010 wheat crop or July 1st, 2010, whichever is later.
